About
Counselling with Kerri

Life can feel overwhelming when emotions are heavy and the path forward isn’t clear. After difficult or unresolved experiences, it’s common to feel lost or disconnected. In these moments, a safe and confidential space to process your emotions can be life-changing.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and take a client-centered approach, adapting to your unique needs and working at a pace that feels right for you.

If you're ready to explore healing from past experiences and move toward a more fulfilling life, I’m here to support you.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced relational trauma—pain caused by close, trusted relationships. Whether through betrayal, emotional abuse, neglect, or other difficult experiences, relational trauma can deeply affect your sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. My approach to therapy is built on compassion, trust, and collaboration, ensuring you feel truly seen and heard.

About me

As an Integrative Counsellor, I bring a variety of therapeutic approaches into our work together, allowing me to adapt to what feels most supportive and healing for you.

I offer a private, confidential space where we can work together to explore and unpack difficult emotions. There’s no set number of sessions, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, ensuring you have the time and support you need.

I invite you to explore creative and somatic methods during our sessions, which can offer a powerful way to connect with your emotions and experiences. However, I understand that this approach may not be for everyone, and there is no obligation to engage in these practices. These techniques can be especially helpful when words alone feel limiting, allowing us to explore feelings in a deeper, more embodied way.

Working Together

The first step in our work together is building a strong, trusting relationship. I believe that trust is at the heart of effective therapy, and it is my goal to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace. Together, we will establish a foundation of openness and respect that allows you to feel comfortable and empowered to share.

My approach is client-centered, meaning I focus on your unique needs and goals. The modalities I use—whether integrative, creative, or somatic—are always adapted to best support you. I value collaboration, and I’m committed to working in a way that respects your autonomy, offering you the space to heal in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you're new to therapy or returning after previous experiences, we’ll work together in a way that honors your journey, one step at a time.

Taking the next step

To help you decide if we’re a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone or online consultation. This gives you the chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how we might work together.

I offer both in-person and online sessions, as well as telephone appointments. My in-person sessions take place in a comfortable, private space in Biggleswade, where you can feel safe and supported during our work together. Sessions are £60 per 50 minutes, with concessions available for students.

I work Monday to Friday, with both daytime and evening availability.

Feel free to reach out below to arrange an appointment.
